Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to purchases made in the MasterCut online store (mastercut.pt) with delivery in Portugal and Spain. We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products (right of withdrawal) under Portuguese and EU law.

1. Return window

You may return the product within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

2. Product condition

We only accept returns of new, unopened products in their original packaging, with no signs of use. In case of a manufacturing defect, the product is collected or exchanged regardless of packaging condition.

3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges (for example, for a different disc thickness or bore size) within the same 14-day window, subject to the same product-condition requirements.

4. Return method

Returns may be made by mail or by dropping the item at a collection point (e.g. a CTT point). We do not provide a prepaid return label: arranging shipment and the direct return costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the product is defective or the error is ours.

5. Costs and fees

We charge no restocking fee. The refund corresponds to the full amount paid for the product. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, as described above.

6. Refund processing

Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund is processed within 5 days via the same payment method used for the order.
